PulseBrief provides personalized daily news briefs based on your selected topics, interests, tone, reminder time, language, and optional location. You are responsible for the choices you make in the app.
PulseBrief may require an active PulseBrief Pro subscription to generate daily briefs. Purchases, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through your App Store account. Subscription prices and trial availability are shown before purchase and may vary by region.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
PulseBrief is for general information and convenience only. Briefs may be generated with AI and may contain summaries, errors, omissions, or outdated information. PulseBrief is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or investment advice. You should verify important information before relying on it.
You agree not to misuse PulseBrief, including by:
We may change, suspend, or stop parts of PulseBrief at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of PulseBrief after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
PulseBrief is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, complete news coverage, or that every brief will be generated at a specific time.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PulseBrief and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate access to PulseBrief if you violate these Terms or use the app in a way that may harm the service, other users, or third parties.
